Congo Kivu coffee grows at an altitude of above 1500 meters above sea level on a plateau surround- ing a tectonic lake Kivu. This coffee has a sharp taste and intense aroma. However, the sharpness is hidden by strongly pronounced caramel sweetness. Additionally, the coffee is dominated by ripe citric fruits and walnuts flavours. Congo Kivu is mainly sweet, has a full taste, and it is extremely pleasant while drinking.
